HOW IT WORKS.
We are excited to offer two distinct payment plans:
1. THE CASUAL:
The simple, straightforward, pay-as-you-go plan that started it all. Absolutely the best option for one-off shows or the occasionally touring musician.
2. THE PROFESSIONAL:
Our new, retainer-based plan, for the consistently touring professional musician. For artists that see themselves touring regularly each month, this is the way to go.

THE CASUAL.
We book shows for you and get paid on a per gig basis. That means if we book a gig, then we get paid.
If we successfully book the show, then you pay us. If we don't, then you pay nothing.
Very simple.
These are the rates for casual tours:
These rates are based on a timetable that assumes most venues are booking at least 3 months in advance. So, to ensure maximum success, the rates are designed to encourage bands to look far into the future when planning their tours. Getting gigs on the calendar with 4 months of lead time means better venues are available for you, saves us time in booking the shows, which in turn saves you money. Everybody wins!
The addition of $100 for one off gigs is because a lot of the upfront work of creating a booking strategy is the same if it's for one gig or ten, and it's usually not worth me going through the effort for just one show.
The good news is, if you do book just one show, we won't charge you the extra $100 if you come back for a second show in the future, because we will already have all your information saved. Think of it as a one time set-up fee that is waived if you book more than one show.
Otherwise, the system here is pretty straight forward. The more lead time you give yourself on a gig, the easier it will be to book, and the less it will cost you. When we start booking gigs with less than 12 weeks notice it becomes MUCH more difficult to find anything, so the price goes up according to the lead time.
Please keep in mind that Friday and Saturday nights are almost ALWAYS booked at least three months out, usually even more. So if you're coming to us wanting a Friday night in 3 weeks, its not going to happen, and we will unfortunately have to turn you down.
Friday and Saturday nights aside, we HIGHLY recommend giving yourself 12 weeks minimum to put ANY shows together. Please be aware that if you are giving us less than ideal lead-time to book your tour, we're going to have to come up with scrappy solutions to fill the dates for you. The best venues are not going to be available, and you're going to have to be pretty flexible with what we can dig up.
UPDATE: Due to bands canceling tours at the last minute and withholding payment for the work already done, we have been forced to require a 50% deposit for all tours on the Casual Plan.
We hate this. Why are some bands such jerks? Who knows. Unfortunately, a few irresponsible bands have ruined it for everyone else.
However, as always, any money paid for shows that don't get booked is FULLY REFUNDABLE, taking the risk of paying for something with no results out of the equation.

These are the rates for casual tours:
- $100 per gig scheduled 16 weeks or more in advance
- $125 per gig scheduled 12-16 weeks in advance
- $150 per gig scheduled 10-12 weeks in advance
- For one-off gigs, add $100 to each of the above prices/time frames

THE PROFESSIONAL.
Yeah, we always said we would never go here, but sometimes retainers just make more sense.
If you're a band/artist that plans on playing 3 or more shows a week for the foreseeable future, this plan will save you money.
We have had many bands come to us hoping for a discount for booking a large number of shows. Unfortunately, it usually doesn't make sense for us to knock any money off for a one-time tour, but if we have a long term working relationship, then we are willing to be flexible on the price.
These are the rates for Professional tours:
These prices were derived by us looking at our lowest cost shows ($100/gig) and imagining a band retaining us to book them regularly at that rate for 3 nights a week (Thurs/Fri/Sat, for example) or more for an extended period. We're hoping to offer such acts a significant enough discount to make it worth their while, but not go so far as to make the pay-as-you-go plan irrelevant.
Of course, you could mix it up any way you want. A couple weekend trips here and there, a week long tour thrown in once a month. Hell, hit the road for a couple weeks if you want, it will all cost the same.
The upside here, if it isn't obvious, is that once you retain our services with the Professional package, we become your go-to gig resource for any and all gig concerns.
Not only will we hunt down any gig you request of us, but it also gives us time to develop a long term touring plan together, and hold out for better, higher paying gigs (if you want).
Finally, you will no longer be subject to changing prices based on lead time. That doesn't mean we can guarantee a last minute gig on a Friday night, but it won't cost you anything more to have us look into it.
All our usual policies DO still apply, however, so make sure to read the rules thoroughly!
If you are unsure about paying upfront, we totally understand. In that case, we recommend you start with our Casual tour services and see what you think.
If it seems like moving to the Professional package will make sense in the future, we'll find a fair way to transfer you over, taking into consideration any money paid or owed and find a solution that works for everyone.
Lastly, please note that we still cannot guarantee any specific payment minimums on the Professional Plan. The main difference here is that if the terms of the gig don't suit you, we'll keep looking to find the best option. But, more often than not, that will still be a door deal. Most gigs that offer guarantees come from bars/breweries/restaurants that want bands to play for multple hours over the night. That's not something that works for most of our bands, but if it works for you, great!
